Centre Court

Re-Imagining an Architectural Icon

Brand + Form

Zoyes | Centre Court

Built in 1938, The Tennis House was a private indoor tennis club, operated by the Ford family for over 80 years. In 2018, while preserving its iconic Art Deco character, The Tennis House and grounds were repurposed as a luxury residential campus called Centre Court.

Zoyes created the Center Court brand through a thoughtful integration of its character, now and then, pairing subtle but symbolic visual references with a refined design aesthetic that compliments the development.

Uniting Aesthetics

Subtle references to both the sport of tennis and Art Deco design play a central role in the brand expressions for Centre Court. From court-clay green and boundary stripes, to the creation of an Art Deco-symbolic logo and wordmark, the brand serves up a distinctive and compelling aesthetic.
